Roles and Responsibilities

  1. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating visa applications, guiding applicants through the process, and ensuring full compliance with immigration regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess and evaluate visa applications to ensure completeness, authenticity, and compliance with eligibility requirements.
    • Provide applicants with clear and accurate guidance on visa procedures, required documentation, and relevant immigration regulations.
    • Maintain and organize records of submitted documents, supporting materials, and decision-related files.
    • Monitor application progress, follow up on case statuses, and respond to applicant inquiries throughout the visa processing cycle.
    • Ensure all application assessments and decisions adhere to immigration laws, visa regulations, and international compliance standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to assess documentation effectively.
    • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
    • Knowledge of visa regulations or immigration processes is an asset.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for counselling the enquiries and walked in clients and selling our services,
    over the phone, email in person.
  2.  Advice on the overseas options available, so as to enable the candidates their family make
    an educated choice the right decision.
  3. Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws policies.
  4. Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.
  5. Provide a personal career strategy customized to their needs.
  6. Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and
    advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
  7. Meet the assigned targets.
  8. Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements.
  9. Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products
  10. Preferred Location: Mumbai, Delhi,

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Desired Skills and Experience: – 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience.
  2. Prior experience in Immigration Sales is highly recommended.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  5. Familiarity with computers and the internet.
  6. Sales oriented and target driven attitude Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and
    grow.
  7. Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
  8. Languages known: English, Hindi.
